By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MyTurnQueue mobile application or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This agreement applies to all users, including general customers and registered Studio Partners. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the service.
To utilize MyTurnQueue, you must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of India.
Verification: Customers must provide a valid Indian mobile number. Studio Partners must provide accurate business information and operational details to access the studio management suite.
MyTurnQueue provides a digital ecosystem for real-time queuing at participating local studios.
Uniqueness: Each generated token is explicitly tied to a specific user, a specific studio, and a time-bound session.
Dynamic Queuing: Tokens represent a spot in the queue; however, actual service time may fluctuate based on real-time physical workflow, "Empty Chair" availability alerts, and VIP prioritization.
Non-Transferable: Tokens are valid only for the issued session and cannot be transferred to other users or alternative studios.
Convenience Fees: Users agree to pay a nominal platform fee (ranging from ₹1 to ₹10) via our integrated payment gateway (PhonePe) to secure a Verified Digital Token.
VIP Priority Charges: For VIP bookings, any additional "Priority Expert Charges" (e.g., ₹40) are payable directly to the studio at the time of service and are not routed through the MyTurnQueue platform.
Studio Financial Tools: For Studio Partners utilizing our internal management tools (including anti-theft cash logging, staff cash advances, and commission tracking), MyTurnQueue acts solely as a digital ledger. We are not responsible for physical cash reconciliation or internal accounting discrepancies.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts immediately and without notice for users or studios found engaging in:
Fraudulent Bookings: Creating phantom requests to disrupt a studio's queue or manipulate wait times.
System Manipulation: Attempting to bypass the digital order, exploit app vulnerabilities, or falsify staff performance leaderboards and hourly rate tracking.
Misuse: Utilizing the application for any purpose outside of personal queuing or legitimate studio management.
Your usage of the platform is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, encrypt, and utilize your phone number, location data, and studio operational metrics to provide our services safely.
MyTurnQueue is strictly a technology platform and digital facilitator.
Service Quality: We are not responsible or liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of the physical grooming services provided by independent studios.
Internal Disputes: We are not liable for internal studio disputes arising from features provided "as-is" by the platform, including staff commission splitting, hourly wage calculations, or VIP client memory logs.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bundi, Rajasthan.
